<p>A diet is the sum of food that you consume in one day and the word diet can come to mean a reduction in calories or food that is based on what you are typically are eating now. We all have a choice of decisions of what foods we eat and specific intake amounts of those foods. The word diet can come to me a specific amount of nutrition for weight management, weather your goal is to increase muscle mass or reduce weight, it all comes under a diet</p>
<p>Proper nutrition will require you to eat vitamins, protein and  food energy carbohydrates. It is like a game of reducing intake and increasing calorie burn.</p>
